R u clean of the cringe?

just this very question could make someome laugh to the point of peeing your pants but its a serious question.

many people have crossed me in my life. Even the very people that brought me into this word. Close friends who were like my brothers and sisters and even people who claim to do no wrong. Its led me down a path of destruction but the simple act of forgiving them brought me back to the path of right doing.

to forgive someone means so many things. For starters a clear mind. Who doesnt love a clear mind? It also means mean to let go of the anger. Hating someone is just as pointless as trying to convince a rock to move. Its time consuming and gets you no where.

now dont get me wrong, it can take many days to forgive someone. And thats just fine. Now where does this cringe word come int play? If just the thought of someone make u cringe then u havent or havent fully forgiven them. Who wants to walk around cringing? I sure dont!
