True love?
so i was watching teen mom last night and watching these girls made me reflect on my own life. At 16 i went through a lot of hardships but when it came to true love i thought i was on top of the world.
these girls dont understand that happily ever after doesnt always come. That true fairy tale of a night and shinning armor sweeping you of your feet and running away to pleasentville sadly only exist in movies. But being as immature as they are they are unaware of this fact. In my opinion true loe finds you..you dont find it. To go searching for true love means well...dissapointment.
so back on track, my experiene of my true love love at 16 was in fact a failure. You get blinded by reality and get consumed in the what ifs of the future. Well what if we had that cookie cutter house with the white picket? Oh and dont forget the swing set for our perfect children to play on. He wasnt perfect but neither was i. To but the blame all on him would be nieve. He said he would change but never did. He about missed the birth of his daughter due to the fact he was sitting in jail for possesion of mary jane. That was the last straw. He wasnt my true love, he was my worst enemy.
true love doesnt lie nor does it hide from reality. It stands up for what is right and fights against what is wrong.
